The Instagram post of Virginia Giuffre accompanied with a photo of her covered in bruises caused a stir on social media, but a day later, her claims were marred in suspicion. Giuffre who accused Geoffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of raping her claimed on her social media post that she has only four days to olive. She recently met an accident and was left with extensive injuries.
In her post, she did not mention anything about her past but only spoke about her children whom she wants to see before dying, she said. Originally from California, Virginia Guiffre lives in Australia, and the Western Australia Police Force confirmed that there was an accident on March 24 but it was a minor one. The police statement raised questions over the veracity of Guiffre's post, prompting a statement from her family.
Police said there was no one available to come to the scene: Family
Guiffre's family said the police were called immediately after the accident but police aiad there was no one available to come to the scene. "They asked if anyone was injured and suggested that if they were, they should make their way to the hospital."
“The school bus driver had a bus full of distraught children and left the scene to get them back, saying he would file a police report, which he did later. Virginia was banged up and bruised and returned home," the statement said.
Her family confirmed that the social media post that went viral was never meant to be public. Giuffre only wanted to post the message to her Facebook, which is set to private, and not to the general public.
Her family said they were overwhelmed with gratitude after receiving huge support from social media after the photo was mistakenly posted on Instagram and went viral. Demands were made to release Epstein's Files so that Guiffre could get justice.
Giuffe sued Prince Andrew for sexual abuse in August 2021 saying he had sex with her when she was 17 as a party of Epstein. In 2022, Giuffre and Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement involving a substantial donation to Giuffre's charity.
Giuffre accused of breaching restraining order
Giuffre was reportedly due in court ten days before the apparent accident. She was accused of breaching a family violence restraining order. Her husband, Robert Giuffre, from whom she split in recent months after a 22-year marriage, also had a court date listed for allegedly “providing inadequate storage facility for firearms.
