Adrija Sinha, recognized for her role in 'Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai', has achieved a remarkable 94.6 percent in her Class 12 AISSCE exams. The announcement of her results on Tuesday has led to widespread acclaim for the young actress, who has successfully juggled her acting career with academic excellence.
Stress Was Never an Option
Speaking to Hindustan Times, Adrija revealed that she never let stress affect her. “Stress toh maine kabhi liya hi nahin,” she said confidently. Achieving an impressive 99 in Psychology, her favorite subject, her results showcase her commitment even amidst a busy shooting schedule.
The Chaotic Moment of Result Day
The actress recalled the chaotic moment her Class XII AISSCE results were announced. She was in an auto-rickshaw when her friend, more anxious than herself, urged her to check. The website crashed, adding to the suspense. Eventually, she saw her score, while her mother, who had been awake since morning, eagerly awaited the news. In contrast, her father had confidently predicted, “Tum kar logi,” anticipating a score of 94%.
Balancing Exams and Film Shoot
While juggling her crucial board exams in February, Adrija kept up with filming her debut lead role in the movie tentatively named 'Dhara Ki Dhara'. The actress revealed that she was in Lucknow shooting and had to fly to Mumbai just for her Physical Education exam and then fly back immediately. Having starred in 'Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai' and 'Kill', both released in 2023, Adrija has already established herself as one of the most promising young actors of her generation.
Staying Calm Amidst a Busy Schedule
When questioned about managing such a busy routine, Adrija promptly rejected the notion of feeling overwhelmed. She stated, “If I take stress, then that’s not me,” emphasizing her happy attitude and unwavering resolve to continue progressing.
Clear Academic Goals Ahead
Adrija has a clear vision for her academic future, planning to major in English with a minor in Psychology. She feels that since she has been acting since class VIII, she does not want to formally study acting. Instead, she intends to focus on learning new skills like calisthenics and dancing, broadening her horizons beyond acting.
