Shriya began her acting journey with the Marathi film 'Ekulti Ek' in 2013, earning the Best Debut Actress award at the Maharashtra State Film Awards for her impressive performance. She stepped into Bollywood with the 2016 movie 'Fan', securing the role after impressing director Maneesh Sharma out of 750 auditionees. This opportunity was a significant milestone for her, as it involved acting alongside Shah Rukh Khan. In 'Fan', Shriya played Neha, a call center employee from Delhi and a close confidante of the main character, Gaurav.






Following this, she gained widespread recognition through acclaimed web series like 'Mirzapur', 'Guilty Minds', 'The Broken News', and 'Taaza Khabar', solidifying her place in the entertainment industry.
