Kareena Kapoor on handling criticism over son Taimur's name In a video shared by Miss Malini, Kareena revealed how her grandfather Raj Kapoor's advice helped her handle people's opinions about celebrities. Kareena said, "My grandfather always told us that the fact that they are talking about you, whether good or bad, means they are talking about you. Because why wouldn’t they talk? So you have to take it in your stride if you want to be a superstar. Otherwise, this place is not for you. You need to have a heart of stone.” ALSO READ: She further spilled beans about how the criticism surrounding her son Taimur's name affected her and said, "Of course, it affected me that people were talking about his name. He probably doesn't even know that there was a whole drama, and now suddenly everybody is like, 'Okay, whatever.' But he also received a lot of love from people being so interested in him. I was like, 'But why? You don't even know him, he's so small.' So I feel that now he will slowly understand, and he is beginning to understand the culture where people follow him or he’s being photographed.” Saif’s Calm ReactionKareena said that Saif "was very relaxed and calm about it." She explained, "I have to keep reminding Taimur that, 'It's important that you do something; your parents have done something.' So, he's figuring it out slowly, and I took it in my stride. In fact, Saif was very relaxed and calm about the whole thing. He was like, 'We need to be calm, and we need to be sure.' I'm happy we had each other to discuss this. That’s also why I share a lot on Instagram, but still keep certain things private. I’m happy to be accessible to my fans for what they want to see, but due to everything I’ve been through, I will always keep a bit of distance.” On the work front, Kareena will next be seen in Singham Again. You may also like
