Aamir Khan Presents Guinness World Record To Chiranjeevi: He's Like My Elder Brother

Veteran Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi has created history. Known as the Megastar, the Guinness World Records has recognised him as the Most Prolific Film Star/Actor/Dancer in the Indian Film Industry today (September 22). Interestingly, the event is significant to him as he made his debut on this date in 1978.

Aamir Khan presents Guinness World Record to ChiranjeeviThe Guinness World Record was presented to Chiranjeevi in Hyderabad today by Aamir Khan. The Bollywood superstar hugged the Megastar of Indian cinema as a mark of love and respect to him. In his speech for Chiranjeevi at the Guinness World Record event, Aamir said, “It is a pleasure and honour to be here. I’m happy to see fans of Chiranjeevi Garu and please consider me amongst you because I am also a huge fan. I see him as my elder brother. When Chiranjeevi garu called me and wanted to invite me to this event, I don’t know why (he asked me). I have told him previously that ‘you have to only order, there’s no asking’. I’m so happy that Chiranjeevi Garu has been given this honour. He is enjoying himself. Our eyes just don’t move from him because he is having such a great time. We are also infected with that.” He concluded by saying, “I’m happy to be here and your achievements are many. You will go on in this journey creating many achievements and many firsts. We will always be there to be entertained by you and applaud you.” Chiranjeevi received the Guinness World Record honour after performing 24000 dance moves in 537 songs in his 156 films in 45 years.
