Glen Bunn was back in the hot seat following his previous stint the weekend prior, where he'd secured £32,000. But viewers were floored when Glen triumphantly navigated the tricky question, correctly choosing "G", ultimately walking away with an astounding £125,000.

Jeremy Clarkson found himself equally shocked during the episode when he was unexpectedly joined by a familiar face - his own son's school teacher.

Clustered among the contestants, Mindy Dhanda - billed as a chemistry teacher from Rugby - had Clarkson double-taking as he began to venture through the questions with her.

Jeremy, who is a father to three children including his 24 year old son Finlo, realised he had encountered the chemistry teacher before.

He informed the audience: "You're Mindy Dhanda, you're a chemistry teacher from Rugby and I've just seen in your notes you're a chemistry teacher who taught chemistry to my son."

Mindy confirmed that she had indeed been Jeremy's son's teacher.

The host then humorously remarked: "Well, I shall try to be less of a bother to you than he was back in the day."

Mindy also mentioned that the TV star's child had been an "excellent" student at school. This compliment led Jeremy to respond: "Well you're just saying that now to curry favour, but it'll make no good!" - which elicited laughter from the audience.

Mindy managed to reach the £64,000 question. Despite this, Jezza joked that he was unimpressed that the teacher only made it so far in the contest, commenting: "I'm starting to understand now why my son c**ked up his A-levels - none of you know anything!".
