Set to rise 725 metres (2,378ft) into the sky, will become the second tallest building in the world when completed, just behind the iconic Burj Khalifa. But it's not just height that sets this skyscraper apart. According to the , the new tower will break multiple world records, including the highest cinema, highest nightclub, and highest occupied hotel room on the planet.
The cinema alone will be perched 310 metres above the ground, offering a one-of-a-kind movie experience.
The hotel, which has been branded as a 7-star property, will also include themed floors inspired by global cultures and offer panoramic views across Dubai from the highest observation deck in the world at 649 metres.
As the building's put it: "It will be more than a skyscraper, Burj Azizi is where you don't leave with souvenirs, shopping bags and selfies, but soul-enriching stories that redefine what it means to live, stay, and elevate in Dubai."
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower will stand just over a mile from the Burj Khalifa and feature 133 floors.
It's also the only freehold property on the iconic strip, giving international buyers a rare opportunity to own a piece of Dubai's skyline.

Luxury living will be at the heart of Burj Azizi.
The tower will house a mix of lavish apartments, holiday homes and sumptuous penthouses.
Residents and guests will enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, spa treatment rooms, a yoga studio, a high-tech gym, a kids' zone, and even a chess room.
The developers say the building has been designed with only the finest materials, with every detail curated for a premium lifestyle. The building is set to be completed by 2028.
