Grace season 5 episode 1 cast explored as new actor joins Line of Duty and Top Boy stars

The thrilling series is back on our screens, with season five launching tonight (April 6) with a suspense-filled opener.

Season five brings four new two-hour stories to captivate fans, with John Simm and Richie Campbell reprising their roles as the dynamic duo DS Roy Grace and DI Glenn Branson, reports .

Other returning cast members include Zoe Tapper as Cleo Morey, Brad Morrison as DC Nick Nicholl, Laura Elphinstone as DC Bella May, Sam Hoare as Cassian Pew, and Rebecca Scroggs as Ari Branson.

Who stars in Grace Dead If You Don't?

Bruno - Finn Guegan

Child actor Finn Guegan joins the cast as Grace's son Bruno. The ITV drama marks his most significant role to date, following appearances in Apple TV+'s Silo and films Here and Christmas Karma.

Guegan will feature throughout the series as Grace and Cleo raise him as their own after suffering a heartbreaking loss.

Joseph Ludlow - Shaun Dingwall

Shaun Dingwall portrays the ominous Joseph Ludlow. The actor is best known for his roles in Top Boy, DCI Banks, Above Suspicion Maigret, and Noughts + Crosses.

Dr Zara Kavinda - Maya Sondhi

Maya Sondhi plays Dr Zara Kavinda, a mother dealing with a rebellious teenager who finds himself in trouble.

She has previously appeared in Line of Duty, Warren, Citizen Khan, Milo, and she also created the ITV crime drama D. I. Ray.

Dren - Madalina Bellariu

Madalina Bellariu takes on the role of Dren, a woman eager to carve out her own path. The actress boasts roles in The Young Pope, Take Over, Pennyworth and Drained.

Kipp Kavinda - Abhin Galeya

Abhin Galeya portrays businessman Kipp Kavinda, with the actor having appeared in Disney+'s Star Wars show Andor, Say Nothing, This Is Going to Hurt and Hijack.

Frank Kavinda - Tobias Jowett

Tobias Jowett plays Frank Kavinda and has also featured in Virdee, William Tell, Gassed Up and Rain Dogs.

Margot Balkwill - Margot Leicester

Margot Leicester steps into the shoes of Margot Balkwill, following roles in Coronation Street, Doctors, White Widow and Holby City.

Allegra - Maja Bloom

Maja Bloom embodies the enigmatic Allegra, known for her portrayal of Carrow in the Fantastic Beasts franchise as well as parts in Zomboat!, FBI: International, The Little Girl Eater and Raja's Had Enough.

Noel Ludlow - Oaklee Pendergast
