Domino's new Easter egg isn't for the faint hearted - and it's available for 10 days only

Domino's has unveiled what might just be the most unusual Easter egg to date-one inspired by its legendary Garlic & Herb Dip. In a bold move that marries savoury with sweet, the pizza giant has infused white chocolate eggs with its signature garlic and herb flavours.

Domino's has even released a luxurious trailer that mimics the advertisements of high-end chocolate brands, adding a humorous twist to promote the unique treat. In the short video, the creative process is laid bare: a chef is shown melting white chocolate before adding dried parsley herbs to enhance the dip's familiar flavour profile.

The garlic and herb dip remains Domino's all-time favourite condiment, with the company revealing that in 2023 Brits consumed enough of the dip to fill an astonishing 17 Olympic-sized swimming pools.

Drawing inspiration from the expertise of some of the world's best chocolatiers, Domino's has developed its own original chocolate to create this culinary experiment. This careful process ensures a perfect balance between the creamy white chocolate and the savoury garlic and herb essence.

The quirky creation doesn't stop there; each egg is accompanied by a 25g pot of the famous dip for those brave enough to pair the two together and embrace this truly unique combination.

Speaking about the Easter delight, Izzy Gardener, a spokesperson for the brand, said: "Easter is the perfect time to treat yourself, and we wanted to bring a fun, flavour-packed twist to the traditional chocolate egg. This Easter Egg is for the Garlic & Herb Dip fans who want to mix things up this year."

To top it off, the egg comes packaged in a box styled after the unmistakable colours of the Garlic & Herb Dip pot, further cementing its inspiration.

Fans eager to get their hands on this limited-edition product will need to act fast. The exclusive garlic and herb Easter eggs will be available to order from between Friday, 4th April, and Monday, 14th April. Only a select few fans will have the chance to snag this one-of-a-kind festive treat.

This latest innovation is another chapter in Domino's history of eye-catching and unconventional offerings.
