LOS ANGELES: Taylor Swift is gearing up for an exciting Black Friday with the launch of exclusive products that fans won't want to miss. The pop superstar will release a CD and vinyl edition of her album, The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology, along with a special commemorative book celebrating her Eras Tour.
These highly anticipated items will be available only at Target stores on Black Friday, as Swift announced earlier this week.
The Anthology edition of her latest album will feature an extended version with four acoustic bonus tracks, bringing the total to 35 tracks. This marks the first time fans can get the album in physical formats, as it was previously released only in digital form. The vinyl set includes four marbled, translucent LPs and a 12-by-12 inch poster, priced at $59.99. The CD version will be available for $17.99.
Additionally, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour Book is a 256-page collection that promises over 500 images, showcasing performances from every segment of her three-hour show. Fans can look forward to rehearsal photos, behind-the-scenes glimpses of instruments, costumes, set designs, and personal reflections from Swift herself. The book will retail for $39.99.
Previously, The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology was available only as a digital download and stream shortly after its standard edition release in April. Until now, only the standard 16-track version was available in LP and CD formats.
Swift mentioned on social media that details about an international release for these products would be shared soon. The physical items will be available in Target’s North American stores on November 29, followed by online sales through the retailer’s website and app the next day.
