Hyderabad Liberation Day: Amit Shah and Other Leaders Honor Sacrifices of the Movement

Union Home Minister Amit Shah extended his greetings on Hyderabad Liberation Day, commemorating the historic occasion with tributes to the sacrifices made for India's unity.

In his message, Amit Shah paid homage to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and honored the Hyderabad Mukti Sangram as a significant act of patriotism. He highlighted the struggle of those who fought against the oppressive rule of the Nizam to unite with India. Shah emphasized the day’s importance as a tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of the movement's martyrs.

Union Minister JP Nadda also acknowledged the significance of Hyderabad Liberation Day. He praised the efforts of those who fought against the Nizam's rule and celebrated their contribution to keeping Hyderabad an integral part of India. Nadda highlighted Sardar Patel's crucial role in the liberation process and his dedication to uniting the country.

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan echoed these sentiments, recognizing the day as a milestone in India's history. He honored the sacrifices made by those who fought against the Nizam and the Razakars, leading to the region's integration with the Indian Union. Pradhan praised the courage and sacrifices of the martyrs, which continue to inspire future generations.

Earlier in the day, Union Minister G Kishan Reddy marked the occasion by hoisting the national flag at the BJP State Office in Nampally, Hyderabad. Reddy emphasized the importance of continuing the work towards progress, unity, and prosperity, in memory of those who fought for freedom from the Nizam’s rule.
