The 26-year-old, who graced the ITV2 series in 2022, joined Ben Shepherd and to reflect on her time in the Spanish villa, confessing it was "hard" but she remains "grateful" for the journey.

She elaborated: "Love Island was hard. I always say it was a 50/50 experience, because when you're in there, you're so not in the outside . No idea what's being said about you, how you're being perceived."
Tasha also touched on her youth during the show, yet recalled it as an overwhelmingly positive chapter in her life, reports .
"I was 22 going into that, so I was really young. I kind of just thought have fun, it's summer, finding love," she said. "I had such a positive experience coming out as well. I had a great relationship with Andrew for two and a half years, which I absolutely will be grateful for."
Born deaf, Tasha emphasised her aim for joining the show: "I went on there for representation, which is what I wanted to do, show that we can find love even though you have a disability."
Tasha and Andrew's love blossomed on the reality series, leading them to set up home together post-villa, with their relationship flourishing ever since.

In a surprise revelation back in February, it emerged that the couple had ended their relationship while Tasha was busy with the live tour.
Now, Tasha has shed light on the dramatic end to their love story in her new book, Superpower, pointing the finger at Strictly for throwing a spanner in the works of their relationship.
The star laid bare her thoughts in her memoir, writing: "It's a long process, but it's really about having people out there, in other people to help them find their self-confidence with their disability.
"I knew deep down it wasn't right. There were a lot of tears and it was a really hard time. Andrew was the man I was going to marry. We had discussed having children."
