It's that time of year again as fans get ready to clamour for re-sale tickets. The iconic annual music festival is preparing itself for another epic summer, with the line-up including the likes of , Charli XCX and
While many would have been ecstatic to have grabbed a ticket first time around for the festival from June 25 to 29, others were left gutted. This year, . However, all is not lost just yet with the elusive tickets ready to go on re-sale.
Here, we look at all the information needed in order to try to bag a bit of history at the second attempt.
When is Glastonbury resale?This year's tickets are even more in demand with it having been announced next year is a fallow year, meaning the festival will be taking a year off.
Fans hoping to get their hands on a ticket can try again tonight (Thursday, April 24) at 6pm. The chance comes after a "very limited number" of tickets weren't paid for, meaning they are available for resale.
According to the Glastonbury website, this evening's resale is for ticket and coach travel options. General admission tickets will be available from 9am on Sunday, April 27. Any cancelled accommodation options for Worthy View, Sticklinch and campervan and caravan passes will become available on Sunday at 11am.
Tickets will only be available on the official Glastonbury Festival website, with no other site or agency allocated tickets. However, in order to get ahold of a ticket, everyone on any booking must be registered. Registration closed at 5pm on Wednesday April 23, and will not reopen until after the resale.
How much are Glastonbury tickets?Tickets for this year's festival cost £378.50, including a £5 booking fee per ticket. Postage and packaging adds £10.25 per order - £2.75 per order for coach tickets.
For festival goers buying coach tickets, a festival ticket is also needed. The cost of a coach ticket depends on your location, with the prices found on the official .
For Ticket and Coach Travel packages, you will limited to buying two tickets per transaction. In the General Admission sale, four tickets per transaction is available.
As the deposit scheme for this year's festival is now closed, all tickets bought in the resale period must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Tips to get Glastonbury ticketsWith Glastonbury confirming there are "very limited" tickets available in the resale, it's important to try everything possible to give yourself a boost. As in everything in life, time can sometimes get away from you. Why not set yourself an alarm prior to the launch so that you make sure you're on the ball? Get set up in advance to ensure you're ready to go.
Also, be prepared! Have all your details at hand. It might sound simple, but be organised. It can make all the difference if you have everything sorted before trying to buy your ticket.
