A case was registered against him in Khaira police station, but later he was released. Let us tell you that Mithilesh Kumar is 10th pass. 19-year-old Mithilesh Kumar is a resident of Govardhan Bigha village of Halsi police station area of Lakhisarai district. A person named Manoj Singh of Khaira area offered him a job in the police and for this he was asked for two lakh thirty thousand rupees. For this, Mithilesh took two lakh rupees from his maternal uncle and gave it to Manoj Singh so that he could get a job in the police.

Police is searching for accused Manoj Singh

After this Manoj Singh took his body measurements and called him the next day and gave him IPS uniform, IPS badge and fake pistol. Mithlesh was about to go to meet accused Manoj Singh wearing the uniform when the police arrested him near Sikandra Chowk.

According to the police, Mithlesh Kumar and Manoj Singh were made accused in the case on the basis of the complaint of Sub Inspector Mojammil Ansari of Sikandra police station and a case was registered. During the interrogation of Mithlesh Kumar, it has come to light that Manoj Singh gave him a uniform, lighter pistol and a bag at Khaira Chowk and told him that he has got a job in IPS. Wear the uniform and report to Halsi police station. Mithlesh told the police that he was going to Halsi police station on his bike wearing the uniform and carrying a lighter pistol on his waist, but the police arrested him. The question is also being raised that why did Mithlesh's uncle not ask while giving the money? Why did Mithlesh's family not come to know about the incident in time?

What did the DSP say?

Jamui DSP Satish Suman said - Arrest is not mandatory in cases where punishment is seven or less than seven years. He said that accused Mithlesh Kumar in the fake IPS case has been released without being sent to jail after making him sign a bond. Whoever is found to be involved in this case will be made an accused and action will be taken against them. Police is searching for Manoj.
