Troubled with girlfriend, he tried to commit suicide

The incident took place in Ujjain's Chimanganja police station area, where Vishwa Bank Colony resident Ramcharan Jatav (40 years), who works in furniture, was upset with his girlfriend's constant blackmailing. He decided to commit suicide and went to Patidar Bridge and made a video, in which he accused his girlfriend of blackmailing him for money. Ramcharan said that he gave money several times, but the girlfriend's demands were not ending, and now she was asking for 6 lakh rupees. Tired of all this, he tried to end his life by consuming poison.

Sent video to wife

Ramcharan made a video and sent it to his wife Chaman Jatav, in which he said that he has consumed poison and if something happens to him, then make this video and audio viral so that the culprits can be punished. After watching the video, Chaman immediately reached the spot and admitted her husband to the hospital in critical condition. Doctors said that Ramcharan's condition is critical, but he is undergoing treatment.

Police investigation and wife's statement

Chaman told that Ramcharan had left the house in the morning saying that he was going to work. But at night his friend called and told that Ramcharan had consumed poison. Chaman has handed over the video and audio made by her husband to the police. Chimanganj Mandi police said that the girl whose name has been taken in the video is being searched and the matter is being investigated.

Serious allegations made in suicide note

Ramcharan made several serious allegations against his girlfriend Pinky in his suicide note. He wrote that Pinky was threatening him to give him Rs 6 lakh and was saying that if he did not pay the money, he would have to go to jail. Pinky used to call him repeatedly, and send threatening messages if he did not pick up the phone. Ramcharan also wrote in the suicide note that Pinky, along with his mother and brother, had ruined many people and she was constantly harassing him.

Fed up with blackmailing, he took this step

In his suicide note, Ramcharan said that Pinky used to threaten him by claiming to be close to senior officials, journalists, and politicians. She used to say that she was capable of filing a report, and had done so in the past. Ramcharan wrote that Pinky used to harass him mentally, and he was now completely fed up with her. He blamed Pinky and her mother for his death, and requested his wife to punish Pinky and her mother after his death.

Police is investigating the matter

The police have started investigating this whole case seriously. Based on Ramcharan's video, audio and suicide note, the police are searching for Pinky and her mother. The police say that the culprits will be given strict punishment in this blackmailing case. Ramcharan's condition remains critical, and doctors are keeping an eye on his condition.
