Amid escalating tensions between Iran and Israel, the United States has deployed B-2 Spirit stealth bombers to Guam from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri.
According to a report in The New York Times and Israeli broadcaster KAN, underscores growing regional volatility and Washington’s readiness to respond to potential developments in the Middle East. The B-2, known for its ability to carry both conventional and nuclear weapons, is a key element in the U.S. military’s global deterrence posture.
Meanwhile, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said on Saturday that Iran will not stop its nuclear program under any circumstances, even though the country is currently in conflict with Israel, which has targeted nuclear sites in Iran.
