Rajasthan Royals youngster Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Nitish Rana were seen having a hilarious chat as the latter told the 14-year-old that he will give him at least 4-5 bats. With Suryavanshi demanding only one and revealing that he already has 8 of them, Rana hilariously said even Virat Kohli might not have so many bats.
The teenage prodigy took the cricketing fraternity by storm with a 35-ball century against the Gujarat Titans, becoming the youngest in IPL history to struck a century and half-century. However, it went to a nosedive against the Mumbai Indians as Deepak Chahar dismissed the left-handed batter for a two-ball duck.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi's two-ball duck caps Rajasthan Royals' poor batting performance against the Mumbai Indians
Meanwhile, the Royals followed the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to crash out of playoff race after losing to the Mumbai Indians by 100 runs at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Chasing a daunting 218, the inaugural IPL champions' innings lasted only 16.1 overs as they eventually got bundled out for 117. Jofra Archer top-scoring with 30 capped their disappointing batting performance.
Earlier in the night, Riyan Parag put the visiting side into bat. After openers Rohit Sharma and Ryan Rickelton stitched a 116-run stand, Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav showcased their fireworks, hammering 48 runs each in the same number of deliveries to propel the visitors to 217/2.
Ryan Rickelton earned the Player of the Match for his innings of 61.
