Rasgulla
Rasgulla is a famous Bengali sweet made from chhena. After kneading the curdled milk (chhena) into a smooth dough, small balls are formed and cooked in sugar syrup. To make Rasgulla, shape the chhena into small balls and cook them in a sugar syrup until they absorb the sweetness.
