If you are preparing for NEET then this news is of your use. The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has made major changes in the NEET MDS 2025 exam pattern. According to the new change, now the question paper for the NEET MDS exam has been divided into 2 parts, Part A and Part B. This division has been done on the basis of time. This is a national level entrance test and changes have been made in it.
This change has been made in the paper of that NEET MDS exam through which dental doctors complete their PG course. Even if you see the full form of NEET MDS, you will get an idea of this exam, its full form is the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Master of Dental Surgery. This exam is conducted to get admission in MDS i.e. Master of Dental Surgery course in the country.
Why the exam pattern was changed
NBEMS has taken this step to increase the security of NEET MDS and maintain integrity, the limited duration pattern will now be implemented in all NBEMS computer based exams, including NEET PG, NEET SS, FMGE, DMB-PDCET, GPAT, DPEE, FDST and FET. The notice said that this update has been done due to the growing concern over security threats while giving entrance exams.
What is the new pattern
According to the new notice of the board, NEET MDS question paper Part A will have 100 questions and 1 hour 15 minutes time. At the same time, Part B will have 140 questions and 1 hour 45 minutes time. At the same time, the big thing is that candidates will not be able to go to the other part until they solve one part. They will not even be allowed to go back to a section after completing it. However, after the time is over, the next part will automatically appear in front of you.
Candidates can give a demo test.
