PM Kisan 21st Installment: Farmers are wondering when the next installment of the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will be released. Check your name on the beneficiary list before making the payment.
PM Kisan 21st Installment: Farmers constitute a significant portion of the country's population. Many of these farmers are unable to earn much through farming. To provide financial assistance to such farmers, the Government of India is running the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, under which farmers are given ₹6,000 annually. A total of 20 installments of this scheme have been sent so far.
Farmers are now awaiting the 21st installment. When will the 21st installment be released? Before the installment arrives, check whether your name is on the beneficiary list to avoid any problems or inconvenience. Let us tell you when the 21st installment may be released and how you can check your name on the beneficiary list.
When will the 21st installment be released?
The government sends installments under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana every four months. The last installment, the 20th, was sent in August. Therefore, the next installment is expected to be sent around November.
But Diwali is this month. Therefore, to give a gift to farmers, the government may send the 21st installment around Diwali. It's worth noting that the government has already released the 21st installment in four flood-affected states. Therefore, it's expected that the government may release the 21st installment to the remaining farmers around Diwali.
How to check your name on the beneficiary list?
To determine whether you will receive the next installment, your name must be on the beneficiary list. To check this, you must first visit the scheme's official website, https://pmkisan.gov.in/, and then click on the Beneficiary List link. You'll need to search by entering your state, district, co-district, block, and village name.
If your name is listed, it means you're eligible and your installment will be credited to your bank account on the scheduled date. If your name isn't listed, you'll need to visit your nearest agriculture office to inquire. Keep in mind that no information entered under the scheme must be incorrect, and e-KYC is also required. Only then will you receive the 21st installment.
