A cheeky art heist unfolded at a popular west end pub when a brazen thief swiped an art print straight out of its frame in the loo.
The Thornwood pub on Dumbarton Road, Glasgow coined the caper "weirdigan behaviour" and quipped on social media, "who steals a print from a frame in a pub toilet while they've gone for a jobby? " Shocked by the odd theft, the pub crew declared, "Pub life never ceases to amaze!", and didn't miss a beat showcasing their quick-fix replacement sign that detailed the escapade.
With a blend of mockery and humour, they taunted the thief stating, "Imagine sitting there, couple of pints in, great night, 'ah my night won't be complete without stealing this piece of art from a toilet cubicle'". The Thornwood team ridiculed the burglar further: "Weirdigan behaviour. If it was you, we mock you. Your friends mock you, and your new print has got your poo-ey fingerprints on it."

Nonetheless, it saw a silver lining, announcing a vacancy for fresh talent with, "If you are an artist or a printist we have new found wall space."
