James Argent looks smitten with new girlfriend as they cosy up on Spanish getaway

James Argent was spotted looking very loved-up with his new girlfriend as he attempts to put his past heartbreaks behind him.

The former TOWIE star, 36, and former Miss Sweden Nicoline Artursson, 31, have been enjoying a sun-soaked getaway in the picturesque port of Majorca, Spain. The couple looked cosy as they strolled along the waterfront, sharing ice cream and wrapping their arms around each other.

Both appeared intimate while holding hands and walking through the streets wearing matching outfits. Nicoline dazzled in a white shirt paired with a matching mini skirt and furry sandals. James complimented her look in a striped white shirt, trousers, and yellow trainers.

Clearly enjoying each other's company, the loved-up pair were spotted sharing a passionate kiss. James has whisked his new girlfriend away for a lavish long weekend, treating them to luxury accommodations at one of the resort’s exclusive spots, Indie Beach at Plage de Pampelonne.

Sightings of Arg's romantic trip comes after a string of bitter break-ups for the unlucky in love TOWIE favourite.

Arg was left devastated after splitting from his 20-year-old law student girlfriend Stella Turian. The reality star had been in a relationship with Stella since June 2022 and had even hinted that wedding bells were on the horizon - but the pair sensationally parted ways in November 2023.

"Throughout the summer it became increasingly difficult for them to meet up due to their work commitments," a source told MailOnline. "There are no hard feelings between them, they still follow each other on Instagram, and James is even invited to come out to ski with Stella and her family early next year.

"They made lasting memories, travelling around the most romantic parts of Italy together and Stella visited London for the first time to see James, but for now they have mutually agreed that their relationship is over."

James has previously been linked to several high-profile stars over the years including former TOWIE co-stars Lydia Bright and Gemma Collins.

A couple of months after the breakup, the TOWIE star revealed that everything in his life was going well, but he found Valentine's Day particularly challenging.

He told the My Dirty Laundry podcast: "I'm in a really good place. Everything in my life is perfect, apart from my love life. It would be nice if that would change. I'll be completely honest, this year I really struggled on Valentine's Day."

He added: "I remember, I woke up and thought, I am not going to look at social media. It's not that I'm heartbroken or upset, but just because I knew it's not going to make me feel great because I didn't have a Valentine, I don't have a girlfriend."

Earlier this year, there were rumours of a relationship between James and Love Island star Ekin-Su. Despite sharing a steamy kiss, they both categorically denied any romantic involvement.

The pair were said to have struck up a "shock romance" and had reportedly "grown close after enjoying cosy dates" at each other's homes in Essex following the Ekin-Su's eviction from the Big Brother house back in March.

A source told the Mirror: "James and Ekin share the same management team so it's inevitable that they'd be linked, but both have denied a romance. Sadly, the pair are no strangers to people trying to make a quick buck out of them, and it looks like this is another case of somebody trying to sell out on the pair.

They added: "Ekin-Su has been keeping a low profile since CBB but is set to lift the lid soon on what she has been up to. There's some big revelations coming, and some exciting projects that will be coming in the summer. She is finally going to tell her truth."

"The team are channeling their inner Wagatha Christie and trying to find out who is selling out on Ekin-Su. And they're pretty sure they know who it is.

"Ekin-Su and James are friends, and have had a little laugh to themselves about the story. They both remain single. There are a small number of people who were told about a drunken snog, so everybody is getting closer to the source of the leaks."
