Chelsea are looking to progress into the Club World Cup quarter-final on Saturday night when the Blues take on Portuguese giants Benfica. Blues star Enzo Fernandez will come up against his former club as he looks to end their hopes of advancing in the competition with the two European clubs chasing the lucrative prize.

Enzo Maresca's side were handed the tricky draw after finishing second in their group, behind Brazilian side Flamengo. Benfica were the winners of their respective standings after gazumping Bayern Munich to the pole position following their narrow win over the Bundesliga champions, in the final group stage game.

The winners will face the victors of the tie between Palmeiras and Botafago with the all-Brazilian showdown set to be decided before Chelsea take on the Liga Portugal side in North Carolina.

Summer signing Liam Delap got off the mark for Chelsea during the comfortable win over Tunisian side Esperance.

He added the Blues' second goal after Tosin Adarabioyo opened the scoring before Tyrique George rounded off proceedings late on.
