A rescue operation has been launched to save two people aboard a boat when it capsized, as in the water.
Emergency services, including , firefighters and paramedics are currently in attendance at Dovestone Reservoir after the alarm was raised at around 2.30pm. Reports from the scene suggest the pair - said to be a man and a woman in their 20s - entered the reservoir on an inflatable paddle board.
It is feared neither was wearing a life jacket when they went in the water. Coastguard and Mountain Rescue are also at the scene where one person - the woman- has already been pulled from the water and is being treated for hypothermia.

The male remains missing as the search goes on. Visitors have been told to stay away from the area near Oldham and the Peak District National Park, while searches are being carried out.
A spokesman for Greater Police, said: "Emergency services are currently responding to reports of two people going into water at Dovestone Reservoir.
"One person has been recovered from the water and is currently being treated by paramedics. Attempts are ongoing to locate the second person.
"A search operation is underway with emergency services, including the Coastguard and Mountain Rescue, at the scene. People are kindly asked to please avoid the area at this time."
Two people are believed to have been aboard a boat which collapsed, although police are yet to confirm this. Search teams have been seen on the water, while others at the edge scan the area with binoculars.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) added: “At shortly before 2.30pm today (Sunday 20 October) fire crews were called to Dove Stone Reservoir in Oldham following reports of a person in the water.
“Three fire engines from Mossley, Stalybridge, and Eccles along with the Water Incident Unit from Leigh quickly attended the scene. Crews are working alongside emergency service colleagues and remain in attendance.”
